This will be the place to read about my 4 journeys as a gestational surrogate and my hectic life with 2 kiddos. I may even share some recipes from time to time. Check it out frequently for the latest happenings. :)

I bought those pans as well 2 years ago when in the US. The larger ones and the smaller ones. I used them once and found that you had to put such a small, precise amount of dough in them that it was a hassle so I haven't made them since. How do you shape them? Just make coils and join? Would be cheaper and healthier than the Krispy Kremes (Cost around $17 here for a dozen!).
I have no clue how to use the pans. The directions that came with it said something about "pouring" batter in. That makes no sense considering that doughnut dough is like bread dough. It doesn't run at all so I have no clue how to "pour" it in. To make the doughnuts like in my photo, use a biscuit cutter to cut the large part and then use a small biscuit cutter (or small juice cup like I did) to cut out the middles. If you figure out how the heck to use the doughnut pans, please fill me in on the secret, lol.
